At Breathe we offer a range of in-depth Yoga workshops, presented in our Melbourne studio by Breathe's own instructors as well as by other Melbourne based, interstate and international guest yoga workshop presenters. Yoga workshops can be a break with your regular practice, and offer inspiration, further education and a chance to explore your yoga practice from a different perspective, without leaving Melbourne!

The annual calendar of Breathe Yoga workshops is structured to provide you with the opportunity to build on your regular class practice, challenging you to delve further into both the physical and spiritual aspects of the varied limbs of Yoga throughout the year.
