Your personal details (email , phone, credit card info etc.)
In order to provide all Breathers with a safe online experience we use an electronic billing system called EziDebit, which integrates with MindBody Online (the online booking software we use). Ezidebit works within the MindBody interface and encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure their safe transfer and storage. In fact we cannot view your credit card details (we only get to see the last 4 digits of your credit card number). You can contact Ezidebit directly through their website at http://ezidebit.com.au/. They are located in Brisbane, Australia.
We respect your privacy and personal information, and will never share any of your information with anyone else without your permission. We may use your email address to send our fascinating, informative and inspirational email newsletters and other announcements, however. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, you can opt-out of email contact by logging in to Breathe Online (click on the link on the top right of this page). Enter your username and password then click through to "My Breather Info" and edit your personal details to deselect the email option, or call Breathe on +613 9662 1500.
Your medical information
Medical information you share with your instructor in the context of a Pilates, massage or physiotherapy session is confidential and will only be shared with other Breathe instructors as relevant for your safety and wellbeing (for example we may put a pop-up note in your profile to let all the instructors working with you know that you have a lower back injury, or that you are pregnant). These notes are not visible to the general public or other Breathers.
If you are working with us to rehabilitate an injury or medical condition, it may be useful for your instructor to communicate with other fitness, allied health or medical professionals who are treating you, or who have worked with you in the past (for example your instructor may consider it advisable to contact your osteopath, medical doctor, massage therapist or personal trainer to discuss your situation). In this case we will always ask your permission before contacting your doctor, therapist or other professionals.
