Studio Pilates class (also called small group Pilates class) is how Pilates was originally intended to be taught. In your Studio Pilates session you will work closely supervised by a cerfified instructor, in a small group (maximum 4 students per instructor). Studio Pilates sessions are different to a group class, in that each participant does their own individual program, rather than all working on the same exercise at the same time. Your exercise program will be custom designed for you in an initial assessment session, where we'll analyse your posture, muscle balance, strength, flexibility and goals, and create the perfect program that will stretch you where you're tight, strengthen you where you're weak and balance you where you're imbalanced. Your program will evolve over time as you become stronger and more flexible, or as your needs and goals change.

The Studio Pilates class format means that you’ll be working on all the Pilates equipment including the Cadillac, Reformer, Arc Barrel, Ladder Barrel, Stability Chair, Mat, Bosu, Spine Supporter, Spine Corrector, Foam Roller, Theraband, Fitness Circle, Stability Ball, Stability Cushion, and various other small props, as required by your body and your goals. Your instructor will constantly adjust your program to give you the best possible results, and help you take your Pilates practice to the next level.
