Clinical Pilates module
The Clinical Pilates module is not a stand-alone course, but must be taken in conjunction with either the Matwork course or Studio Equipment module.
Clinical Pilates is an evidence-based approach to exercise rehabilitation using the Pilates method. The Breathe Clinical Pilates module, in conjunction with either the Matwork or Studio equipment course will equip you to work confidently and safely with clients recovering from a range of musculoskeletal injuries.
This course is based on the latest research, and offers a comprehensive, thorough and easy-to-apply framework for exercise rehabilitation through Pilates. It incorporates the STOTT PILATES Injuries and Special Populations module (24 hours) as well as extensive Clinical Pilates theory and practical work.
Clinical Pilates module subjects:
- Advanced anatomy
- Muscle testing
- Dynamic analysis
- Effective risk stratification and timely referral of high risk clients
- Working effectively with allied health professionals
- Working with clients suffering a wide range of common musculoskeletal injuries
- Working with clients suffering from a range of common medical conditions
- Working with special populations including the elderly and pregnant women
Clinical Pilates module hours and duration
The Clinical Pilates module is 50 hours total over 5 weekends. Courses occasionally run on consecutive days to accomodate interstate and international students.

Paying in Full
If you're paying in full, a minimum deposit of 20% will secure your place, with the balance due 14 days before the course.
Paying by Installments
If you prefer pay by installments, your first monthly installment will be deducted from your bank or credit card account on the first day of your first course, and monthly thereafter.
