Cancellations

For Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat and Yoga classes
For Group classes, you can cancel your booking online up to4 hours before the scheduled class start time. (Just login and go to the "My Schedule" tab, where you can view, and cancel your upcoming booked classes). When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded automatically. The 4 hour cancellation limit allows us to offer your spot to another Breather.

For Studio Pilates, Pilates 1:1 and Yoga 1:1 sessions
For Studio and Individual sessions, we require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your session. You can reschedule your own sessions online (Just login and go to the "My Schedule" tab, where you can view, and cancel your upcoming booked sessions)

If you're unable to provide the requisite notice, your session will be charged at the full rate.

Refunds

Breathe does not offer refunds except in the case where you are deemed medically unfit to participate in Yoga or Pilates for the forseeable future, in which case you will receive a full refund for your valid multipass, less our reasonable administrative costs.

Transferring your credits to someone else

All our Multipass, Direct Debit and Paid in Full memberships are fully transferrable to another person. We will gladly freeze your Direct Debit or Paid in Full membership for up to 8 weeks per year, in increments of 1 week (2 week minimum freeze). Multipasses have a 12 month use-by date.
